We are very deliberate and attempt to be comprehensive in our descriptions and measurements. No matter what our recommended sizing might be, we know every figure is unique -- PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS and compare to ours before purchasing.

ORDERING INFO & COLOR AVAILABILITY :::::::::::
Tiendaholics.com prefers to offer ALL possibilities—exactly what you want—rather than limit customers to a fixed subset of styles and colors, but the drawback is time and patience. With nearly 500 styles multiplied by over 50 color possibilities, please understand we cannot possibly stock everything at once!
We offer three ways easy ways of shopping with us:
» PURCHASING FROM CURRENT STOCK
Choose the style you want and go to that garment's description page. To see the colors immediately available for purchase, choose from the drop-down menu labeled "IN STOCK COLORS". These are the colors for this style currently available and ready to ship... you know, the usual way of shopping. Easy!
» SPECIAL ORDERS
This is a custom service we have always been thrilled to make available. IF YOU ARE PRE-ORDERING WITH US FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.... It seems complicated at first but is easy once you've tried it. We promise.
STEP ONE: Using the second (right-hand) drop-down color list, choose any one of our 50+ solid and crystal dyes and add to your basket. Repeat if ordering more than one item of the same or different styles.
STEP TWO: When you're ready to check out, view your basket. Here you will note that for each item you pre-order you are charged only 25% of the total price.... this is a non-refundable down-payment for this custom service.
STEP THREE: BE VERY PATIENT! Ordering off-schedule is mainly for those who know exactly what they want and are willing to endure a long wait for that color to reach the number of items necessary before it can be dyed. If you are ordering OFF-SCHEDULE it may be many months before your color choice goes to the vat. This option is only for those willing to wait patiently until it's ready.

Once your customized garment is created and ready to ship, we will invoice you for the remaining balance via PayPal.
» SPECIAL ORDERING VIA THE DYE SCHEDULE
This is by far the most popular option among our customers who enjoy pre-ordering their favorite styles in particular colors. The steps are exactly the same as with SPECIAL ORDERS above, but this method features the convenience of knowing the dyes you want are on the current schedule BEFORE placing you order.
HERE'S THEIR SECRET:
SIGN UP for our email newsletter -- usually published once or twice a month -- in which we announce upcoming colors schedule to be vatted within the next 30 days, and the deadlines for placing these orders. When you see the one you've been waiting for, come to this site and place your order using STEPS 1-3 under 'SPECIAL ORDERS' above.
This way, you'll know when your color will dye and the wait is much shorter. Of course, as the dye process is done by a third party, all pre-orders are subject to delays beyond our control. However, most of our longtime customers find this preferable to the open-ended method of off-schedule ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order includes both IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER ITEMS, we will assess a $5 per item shipping fee if you choose to have each item shipped separately as the come in.
» In the case of SPECIAL/PRE-ORDERS, estimated waiting time, depending on your choices, can be as little as one week or as long as three months—rare, but possible. Please be aware that some colors can take even longer. The dye schedule/process is the one thing beyond our control absolutely. Frustrating for us, and for you, we know.
For a Tiendaholic, patience is very much a virtue... we have hundreds of customers whole will attest that once their yummies arrive they are worth the wait!
» IF YOU DO NEED SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR COLOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE PURCHASING. (The color list for each item is updated manually, usually within 48 hours; therefore, it is possible a color might still show in the list after it has sold... first come, first served in these cases.) If you do have a deadline, let us know that too -- we will do our best to accommodate you!
GENERAL ORDERING INFO :::::::::::
Anything not in stock at the time of purchase is considered to be a SPECIAL ORDER. "PRE-ORDER" is a version of SPECIAL ORDER as described above.
When we receive notification of your order, we will contact you via email if there are issues of availability and, if necessary, provide our best estimated waiting time for special orders. Again, the dye schedule is beyond our control, although we always do what we can to keep this to a minimum—we know you want your yummies as soon as possible!
If there is a waiting period, we offer these options including, but not limited to:
- choose another color currently available in your style of choice
- choose another style currently available in your color of choice
Again, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER TO KEEP UP-TO-DATE ON THE DYE SCHEDULE!
As a courtesy, we email once or twice times a month when the schedule is made available to us. This has proved to be a convenient way for you to plan ahead!
IMPORTANT NOTE: whether you opt in for our newsletter or not, PLEASE ADD "Tiendaholics.com" to your address book! We receive hundreds of "bounced" return emails and find many customers discover order confirmation emails gobbled up by their junk mail filters.
PLEASE TAKE THIS IMPORTANT STEP TO AVOID MISCOMMUNICATIONS... we do our best to contact you but cannot be responsible if you miss our confirmations etc. because you do not add us to your address lists -- makes sense, no?
PAYMENT INFORMATION :::::::::::
» Payment is preferred via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, this quick, safe and secure method takes only minutes to set up. While Tiendaholics does not accept credit card payments directly, PayPal does on our behalf.
» If you prefer, we now accept your credit card information by phone. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR INFORMATION ON OUR VOICEMAIL! If we are unable to answer the phone we will be happy to return your call.
» If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check, please email debi to arrange. If you are special ordering, please be sure to include STYLE NAME and COLOR CHOICE(S) with your payment!
SHIPPING INFO :::::::::::
Shipping times for all special and pre-orders will vary based on production schedules, and delays could be significant.
Normal processing of in-stock orders is 7-10 working days. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the US. If you need your order expedited, please call or email at time of purchase. If you need your order Next Day, additional fees will be assessed and must be paid before the order ships. (Relevant to in-stock colors only... again, please email for availability before placing your order.)
International shipping is via USPS Global Priority, usually 6-14 days depending on location.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY :::::::::::
» In-stock purchases may be returned under most circumstances at our discretion for exchange or store credit; cash-back returns for in-stock items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on certain conditions, also at our discretion.
» You must contact us to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number before posting to avoid incurring unnecessary fees and postage. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal by Tiendaholics.com.
» Cash-back returns for SPECIAL and/or PRE-ORDERS are rarely issued and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Again, please contact us before sending to avoid incurring unnecessary fees and postage.
» No returns or exchanges on markdowns, sale or discounted items. No returns on leather or jewelry products.
» Items MUST be returned in perfect condition. Items that have had their tags removed, have been worn and/or laundered are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
