PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and email debi if you need clarification no matter how small.

We are very deliberate and attempt to be extremely comprehensive in our descriptions and measurements. No matter what our recommended sizing might be, we know every figure is unique—PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS and compare to ours before purchasing. We want your yummies to arrive and thrill you when you slip them on!

SIZING :::::::::::

Please note "recommended sizes" are based on industry standard measurements. As 95% of our items are "one size" and one plus size" (denoted as "PLUS") we cannot stress enough that you compare your measurements to those listed for each garment style and email debi if you need sizing assistance!

ORDERING INFO & COLOR AVAILABILITY :::::::::::

Tiendaholics.com prefers to offer ALL possibilities—exactly what you want—rather than limit customers to a fixed subset of styles and colors, but the drawback is time and patience. With nearly 500 styles multiplied by 50 color possibilities in the Moroccan line, please understand we cannot possibly stock everything at once! IF YOU NEED SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR COLOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE PURCHASING. Estimated waiting time, depending on your choices, could be as soon as one week, but the worst-case scenario (rare, but possible!) can be 8 weeks or longer (!). The dyeing schedule/process is the one thing completely beyond our control. Frustrating for us, and for you, we know.

For a Tiendaholic, patience is very much a virtue... hundreds know it is worth the wait once their yummies arrive!

Anything not in stock at the time of purchase is considered to be "special order".

When your order is received via this website, we will email you about current availability and, if necessary, an estimated waiting time. Again, the dye schedule is beyond our control, although we always do what we can to keep this to a minimum—we know you want your yummies now!

If there is a waiting period, we will offer you the following options:

- continue to wait until item is available
- choose another color
- choose another style currently available in your color choice
- choose a completely different alternative
- request a refund

As a courtesy, we email 2-4 times a month when the schedule is made available to us. This has proved to be a convenient way for you to plan ahead!

PAYMENT INFORMATION :::::::::::

Payment is accepted via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, this quick, safe and secure method takes only minutes to set up. While Tiendaholics does not accept credit card payments directly, PayPal does on our behalf. Please note that the one downside of using PayPal is that they will charge your account immediately, even if one or more items is not in stock. As all special orders must be prepaid, this is not a bad thing; we want you to be informed so that you are not surprised when you receive your bill.

If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check, please email debi to arrange. If you are special ordering, please be sure to include STYLE NAME and COLOR CHOICE(S) with your payment!

SHIPPING INFO :::::::::::

DOMESTIC:
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, usually 2-3 days anywhere in the US. If you need your order expedited, please email at time of purchase. Extra charges will be billed via PayPal and must be paid before the order ships. (Relevant to in-stock colors only... please email for availability before placing your order.)

PLEASE NOTE: We generally ship two or three days a week. If we don't know you're on a deadline, your order may not go out same day... If you are in a time crunch, PLEASE CALL and we'll take care of you ASAP!

GLOBAL:
International shipping is via USPS Global Priority, usually 6-10 days depending on location. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY :::::::::::

In-stock purchases may be returned under most circumstances at our discretion for exchange or store credit; cash-back returns on in-stock items may be subject to a 5-10% restocking fee based on certain conditions at our discretion. Please email debi before returning to avoid incurring unnecessary fees and postage.

Cash-back returns for special orders are rarely issued and may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee. Again, please email debi before posting to avoid incurring unnecessary fees and postage.

No returns or exchanges on markdowns or discounted items. No returns on leather or jewelry products.

Items MUST be returned in perfect condition. Items that have had their tags removed, have been worn and/or laundered are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
