This spectacular style is truly trans-global with traditional folkwear influences from Japan to southeast Asia, the Bosphorus to the Levant with a hint of the Andes as well, creating a fresh and exciting modern garment you can wear every day... like we said: SPECTACULAR!

The beauty is in the details -- it's all about the small stand-up or fold-down collar, extra-long sleeves with contrasting cuff bands, button front and the two patch pockets. But the shape itself is heavenly, flaring wildly to drape dreamily down the sides, accentuated by long comfort slits. The hemline of the front panels end in long points, a style we already know is flattering on just about any figure. Around the back there are even more charming treats! Besides the lovely figure-flattering blocking, there's a center slit with its own looped button at the top, leading to a straight hemline.

A decidedly contemporary look without diminishing its ethnic past. Once again: spectacular!
